We deliver to all areas in South Africa.
Do your products come assembled?
All product are finished and ready for use. Fountain pens cartridges are not installed due to the nature of the how a fountain pen work. The cartridges are placed sealed in the pen body.
How long will it take my item to arrive?
It takes approximately five days to receive your order. If you live outside any of the major cities within South Africa please allow two days extra.
In the unlikely event of any delay you will be contacted and advised accordingly.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return my item?
Yes your item can be returned with 30 days. After 30 days no return will be accepted.
We only accept return s for product defects.
Products must be returned in the original packaging. When the product is received we will evaluate and advise you accordingly.
Return of products damaged due to negligence will not be entertained.
Do you offer warranty for your products?
We offer a 30 day warranty of the product, but not on the refill.
